The hotel has 282 bedrooms, restaurant, bar and terrace area, and exceptional banqueting facilities at One Whitehall Place. What You’ll Be Doing As Maintenance Manager, you will ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of every area of our hotel, including equipment, services, building and plant. You’ll inspire and lead a dedicated maintenance team, ensuring the hotel is well‑maintained and exceeds guest expectations. Lead the maintenance team, inspiring a proactive approach to keep the hotel looking and functioning at its best. Oversee planned and reactive maintenance of all hotel areas, ensuring compliance with health, safety and legal standards. Manage supplier relationships and oversee the maintenance budget to optimise costs and purchasing. Play a key role in refurbishment projects, ensuring quality and efficiency. Respond swiftly to maintenance requests to minimise disruption to guest experiences. What You’ll Bring Inspirational leadership skills to motivate and develop your team.
