We're looking for a Content Marketing Manager to help us develop and deliver inspiring content across our entire customer journey, from brand-building awareness campaigns through the website and into our CRM experience. This role will be the digital megaphone for our brand story, bringing our internal culture to life for customers. You'll be our copywriter, CMS super user, and the motor behind our influencer and community content. We're looking for a creative digital-native who's as quick on their feet as they are with their words, identifying moments and ideas that can be turned into content and activations. What you'll be doing: Be the go-to person for all things content, helping establish and maintain a distinctive and consistent tone of voice across our channels Craft a wide array of content and copy to be suitable across all marketing and product touchpoints, injecting character into direct mailers, signage, video content, core web pages, blogs, and emails Manage our internal CMS, working with the Product team to develop a platform that is user-friendly, scalable and supports our communication and performance goals Develop and deliver our social and editorial calendar in line with marketing objectives, the company roadmap and relevant moments, managing the daily running of each channel Identify and nurture relationships with influencers and content creators to deliver campaigns and content Monitor and manage our review platforms and online forums to ensure we retain excellent ratings and positive sentiment across all platforms, and promote the customer voice within the business Measure and report on brand advocacy channels, proactively proposing optimisation strategies and tactics to build reach and drive engagement with target audiences Contribute to ideation and concepting for a wide range of campaigns and creative challenges Use web analytics tools and our A/B testing tools to measure the impact of content changes What you'll bring: Strong experience in copywriting, content creation and community management for D2C brands Top-notch writing skills and natural flair for storytelling, with experience of SEO optimisation Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador programme, or delivering an influencer content campaign) A discerning eye for design and some experience creating lo-fi video content A finger on the pulse at all times, with an instinct for what grabs attention A data-driven mindset, ideally with experience using A/B testing to optimise performance A bias to action with a pragmatic, results-orientated approach An appetite to learn, adapt and openness to feedback What will make you stand out: The confidence and capability to contribute towards original and imaginative ideas A desire to be distinctive and have impact, no matter how big or small the budget A taste for the offbeat or unexpected The ability to explain and articulate your ideas clearly Ideally, some experience producing low-fi video content What We Offer: Competitive Salary - Highly competitive salaries Generous Time Off - 25 days +public holidays, Christmas Eve on us, Long-service perks capped at 30 days.
