And together, we can reach the remarkable day where every patient who needs us can not only survive, but thrive.If you're inspired by this vision, and feel you have the skills and experience we need to help achieve it, we'd love you to join our lifesaving team.We are looking for a Contracts and Compliance Officer to join our CT&LSBusiness Services team.Title : Contracts and Compliance OfficerSalary : £24,800 - £25,400 (plus £2154 London Weighting if London based) per annumContract : PermanentHours : Part-time, 28 hours / 4 days per weekLocation : Hybrid, based athead office in Hampstead, London, or Anthony Nolan Cell Therapy Centre, NottinghamAs a vital support to the Contracts and Compliance Manager, you will help manage contracts and compliance across our CT&LS team and the wider Operations Division. You will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring contracts to ensure they remain compliant with legislation and internal standards. This includes coordinating contract signatories via DocuSign and other platforms, preparing and tracking periodic client reviews to ensure appropriate oversight of donor material and data, and administering the CT&LS client due diligence process.You will use the CT&LS CRM to support contract compliance workflows and contribute to service development and process improvement initiatives. In addition, you will provide administrative support such as monitoring inboxes and triaging inbound queries and assist Research Governance with tasks related to the Research Tissue Bank.
