Maintain accurate clinical records and adhere to Practice Plus Group policies and NHS guidelines to uphold high standards of care. Collaborate with GPs, paramedics, mental health professionals, and other clinicians to ensure integrated care across the region. What We'll Look For Registered Nurse / Paramedic with valid NMC / HCPC registration and MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice or equivalent.
