Introduction We are looking for a Senior Director, Mid-Market to own and grow a portfolio of mid size and smaller retail accounts across EMEA. This role focuses on accounts that sit outside our large enterprise segment, which is managed by our Strategic Account Executives. You will drive renewals, expansion, adoption, and long term customer value, acting as the primary commercial partner for your accounts and ensuring they gain maximum impact from our Retail product suite. Job Description What you will do Manage a portfolio of mid size and emerging retail accounts across EMEA. Own renewals, expansions, and overall commercial performance in your portfolio. Build and execute structured account plans to identify white space, risks, and growth opportunities. Develop strong relationships with commercial, operational, and technical stakeholders. Understand customer goals and challenges to influence adoption plans and value realisation. Drive engagement across the SymphonyAI Retail product suite to increase usage and impact. Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Professional Services, Product, Marketing, and Strategic AE teams. Coordinate internal resources to support account growth and successful delivery. Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline, and account health insights using Salesforce. Provide clear, concise updates to senior sales leadership. What you will bring Experience in account management or customer leadership roles within Retail SaaS or enterprise software. Proven track record of driving renewals and expansions in mid market or mid size accounts. Strong commercial acumen with experience meeting or exceeding quota. Ability to manage multiple accounts with different priorities and levels of maturity. Knowledge of retail processes across merchandising, supply chain, store operations, or customer insights is highly valued. Excellent communication skills and ability to engage at all levels of a customer organisation. Strong organisational skills, a structured approach, and a proactive mindset.
