Job overview We are offering two challenging and exciting opportunities for medical leaders following the Divisional consultation and re-structure undertaken over the summer. From 1 January, the Royal London & Mile End Hospital Executive will include 4 Divisions as : Surgery Medicine (Children's & Maternity) - a new name TBC ECAT (now including Imaging) The Integrated Care Services Division has been disestablished, and Women's & Outpatients aligned to new reporting structures. We have Divisional Directors in role for Medicine (Raj Thuraisingham) & [Children's & Maternity] (Vadivelam Murthy, after a selection process arising from the consultation). Main duties of the job We will move to a new model of Divisional leadership, where we appoint equivalent triumvirate roles as the Divisional Associate Medical Director, the Divisional Associate Director of Nursing and the Divisional Director of Operations. We will then manage a process where the Divisional Director, a Hospital Board role, is selected from these three roles. All Divisional Director roles will move towards this over time.
