In this role, you will be instrumental in unlocking the full potential of our people and driving exceptional team performance. You will recruit, develop, and empower a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability, growth and results. Working closely with other team leaders and senior leadership, ensuring our operations deliver maximum impact and efficiency.As one of the fastest‑growing FinTech businesses globally, we are looking for an exceptionally talented and self‑motivated individual with the ambition to build a long‑term career within our company.What You Will DoAs a leader, you will recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team of Collections Agents, inspiring and motivating them to consistently meet and exceed KPIs and SLAs. You will provide ongoing coaching through regular one-to-one meetings, performance reviews, and team sessions, fostering a collaborative, accountable, and growth‑oriented culture.In this role, you will oversee daily collections activities across multiple lending geographies, handle escalated or complex customer cases with professionalism and empathy, and work closely with Customer Success and other departments to resolve issues and embed best practices.You will drive efficiency through process improvements and the smart use of data and automation, ensuring all activities comply with internal policies, FCA guidelines, and TCF principles.
