Job Role We are looking for a dedicated Production Shift Leader to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this crucial role, you will oversee the production of high-quality supplements in various forms, including liquids, tablets, capsules, and powders. Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in achieving our mission of delivering superior products to our customers. Key Responsibilities Oversee the efficient manufacturing of liquids, tablets, capsules, and various powder products, adhering to GMP standards. Lead and collaborate effectively with the team to meet production targets. Ensure adherence to Batch Manufacturing Records and collaborate with quality teams for product integrity. Manage machinery operation, including disassembly, reassembly, and calibration. Supervise the accurate weighing and blending of raw materials and the sizing of capsules/tablets. Conduct yield reconciliations at the end of each batch. Oversee the completion of all necessary documentation, including line logs and quality records. Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of production areas, tooling, and machinery. Manage shift handovers for seamless production continuity. Address and elevate issues to management and lead problem-solving efforts. Conduct product trials and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the food supplement or pharmaceutical industry. Strong leadership, communication abilities, and attention to detail.
