We are recruiting a Beauty Department Manager to oversee the beauty division for a leading London department store.In this high-impact role, you will lead a large team and drive the commercial strategy to deliver exceptional results across sales, service, and customer engagement.What You'll Be Responsible ForLeading and inspiring a sizeable beauty team to achieve sales, engagement, and conversion targets.Delivering the commercial plan while ensuring an elevated customer experience across all beauty categories.Coaching and developing managers to optimise performance and meet business objectives.Partnering with senior stakeholders to execute strategy and uphold the luxury/premium service proposition.About YouCurrently operating in a senior leadership role within beauty or personal care.Experienced in managing managers and driving performance across multiple teams.Strong stakeholder management skills, with a deep understanding of premium and luxury beauty environments.Confident, commercially minded, and service-driven.The basic salary is up to £70,000, depending on experience.
