Overview2026 Graduate Programme - Property & Buildings - Building Services. We are looking for Graduates for our Building Services teams who have a flexible approach and an appetite to learn in a leading Engineering and Professional Advisory services consultancy. You will enjoy working in a collaborative environment with diverse clients and projects.We are recruiting for Graduates in the following services and locations:Building Services: London, Basingstoke, Brighton, Cambridge, Bristol, Cardiff, Birmingham, Leeds and Edinburgh.Smart Buildings: LondonPublic Health: LondonA little bit more about your role and the team… Working as a Graduate in one of our Building Services teams will involve working on exciting and innovative projects including large office buildings, hospitals, hotels, residential complexes, data centres and education buildings.ResponsibilitiesDesigning, developing, and maintaining essential building systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical systems, and public health services) to ensure functionality, safety, and comfort.Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and being mentored by experienced engineers; gaining exposure to real-world challenges and innovative solutions.Participating in projects such as 1 Undershaft, 22 Bishopsgate, 40 Leadenhall, Leeds Hospital of the Future programme, high-scale data centres, and airport-related works.Carrying out day-to-day activities including site inspections, drafting mechanical or electrical layouts (Revit or AutoCAD), reviewing technical drawings, and assisting in tender preparation.Supporting sustainability assessments and the development of Building Technology and Energy & Sustainability solutions as part of integrated teams.Engaging with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and present outputs during project delivery.Qualifications and SkillsGraduated with at least a 2:2 in a master’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject.Interest in Building Services or Technology Systems and a desire to contribute to the future of the built environment.Ability to research, learn, and analyse technologies and operating processes; awareness of building systems including lighting and security.Enthusiasm for creativity and problem solving; ability to share ideas and inspire others.Commitment to professional development and chartership opportunities; interest in pursuing chartered or incorporated status with professional bodies.Eligibility to start work in September 2026 and the ability to complete the application and online assessments as part of the selection process.What’s in it for youWork-life balance with hybrid working and flexible arrangements; opportunity to work from home part of the week and in modern offices across the UK.Inclusivity and belonging; a culture that values diverse backgrounds and supports professional growth.Health & wellbeing programs, including Thrive, Virtual GP, gym benefits, menopause support, and reasonable workplace adjustments.Flexible time arrangements, part-time options, extra leave purchasing, and flexible bank holidays.Development opportunities, mentoring, and support for professional registration across the Graduate programme.Our Programme and SelectionTwo-year Graduate Development programme with blended learning, networking, mentoring, and on-the-job experience.Application and selection process includes completing the online form and a skill enabler assessment; rolling intake with September 2026 start date.About us We are a leading engineering and professional services firm with a global team; we are committed to innovation, integrity, and inclusion. #J-18808-Ljbffr
