Area Sales Manager Area: West Mids, Gloucs, Wilts, Worcs, Birmingham, Wales This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced garden trade field sales professional to join one of the best employers in the trade. You will be replacing a long-serving ASM who retires in the new year, inheriting a high value area with a strong, existing customer base. Key Responsibilities Develop customer specific account plans to meet targets across product categories Build strong internal networks within each customer Adapt to the changing seasons to meet needs and opportunities Provide regular feedback to Sales Manager and sales team Qualifications Established Sales Representative from a garden trade supplier Highly professional approach and strong networking skills at all levels Well planned and organised in order to get the most from every meeting Commercially aware and able to stay on top of targets and priorities About the Company A long-established and successful garden trade supplier with distribution into most UK garden centres and groups. Their range spans several product categories and seasonal peaks in order to create consistent customer demand and year-round opportunities.
