Required Qualifications Busy Bees, we’re looking for a dynamic leader with a Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or higher) and at least two years of leadership experience. We seek a passionate and ambitious Nursery Manager whose primary goal is to deliver the highest standards of childcare and early years education. The successful candidate will be resourceful, commercially minded, exhibit strong leadership ability and excellent communication skills, and possess strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail to prioritise workload effectively. Qualifications and Experience NNEB, BTEC National Diploma, CACHE Diploma in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3. Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager.
