SHEQ Advisor / SHEQ Manager - External & Internal Refurbishment Kent £50,000 - £75,000 + Comprehensive Package Permanent - Full Time January 2026 A principal contractor would like to appoint a SHEQ Advisor / SHEQ Manager for their London & South operations. With a group turnover of over £100m nationwide, they specialise in external and internal refurbishments, such as cladding, remediation and replacement of windows, roofs and doors etc. They can also boast a number of long‑term frameworks within public sector, education and health. Responsibilities Chair weekly H&S meetings and coordinate incident investigations Delivered stakeholder engagement across client, principal designer and delivery teams. Monitor all site inspections and chair monthly supervisor H&S forums. Monitoring and ensuring H&S compliance on site Streamline audit documentation and improve staff onboarding and induction procedures. Attributes and skills NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent) Proven experience in a refurbishment environment Proficient in CDM 2015 compliance, RAMS, Construction Phase Plans, and toolbox talk development. Proactive, confident communicator with strong organisational skills Ability to influence and support both site teams and supply chain with a collaborative approach.
