City Of London, United Kingdom Trigg Digital Ltd Full time

Overview We’re looking for an accomplished Salesforce Technical Architect to join our rapidly scaling delivery organisation. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep platform expertise with architectural vision and technical leadership. You’ll drive end-to-end Salesforce solution design and technical strategy across multi-cloud programmes, ensuring scalability, performance, and long-term maintainability. You’ll lead technical workstreams, guide development teams, and contribute hands‑on to complex builds where your expertise can make the greatest impact. This is a role for someone ready to shape architecture decisions, mentor others, and deliver measurable business value through elegant, well‑engineered Salesforce solutions. Key Responsibilities Architect and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions spanning Sales, Service, Experience, and related Industry Clouds. Own the technical design authority, from data model and integration strategy through to deployment and lifecycle governance. Lead technical workstreams across discovery, design, and delivery phases – providing guidance, documentation, and hands‑on support when needed. Drive DevOps and CI/CD excellence, ensuring robust branching strategies, automated deployments, and source‑driven configuration management. Define and implement integration patterns leveraging standard Salesforce APIs, platform events, middleware, and connected applications. Shape data and security architectures, including permission modelling, role hierarchies, and record access strategies. Collaborate directly with clients to translate complex requirements into actionable technical roadmaps. Champion platform best practices and mentor consultants, admins, and developers in design standards and delivery discipline. Contribute to presales and solution estimation, providing technical insight on architecture options and trade‑offs. What We’re Looking For 7+ years of Salesforce experience, including demonstrable design and delivery ownership across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds. Proven ability to translate business requirements into enterprise‑grade architecture, balancing declarative and programmatic approaches. Strong background in data architecture, configuration, and platform governance. Hands‑on experience with Git, DevOps pipelines, and CI/CD tooling (e.g., GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines, or Copado). Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components sufficient to guide development teams and review code. Exposure to integration frameworks and common ecosystem tools such as Adobe Commerce (formerly Marketo), RingCentral, LeanData, ADvendio, and PowerAutomate. Solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, with experience leading or mentoring cross‑functional teams. Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences. Salesforce Certified Administrator required; Service Cloud Consultant, Application Architect, or progress toward System Architect strongly preferred. Nice to Have / Competitive Edge Experience with Media Cloud, Revenue Cloud (Core), or other industry‑specific architectures (e.g., Vlocity CPQ or Steelbrick CPQ / Invoice‑It Billing). Familiarity with AgentForce, Einstein, and other AI‑driven Salesforce capabilities. Previous consulting, pre‑sales, or entrepreneurial experience, particularly where you shaped delivery strategy or solution architecture. Broader exposure to enterprise integration patterns (API‑led, event‑driven, or middleware‑based). Why Join Us Deliver strategic, high‑visibility programmes for leading brands. Work alongside seasoned architects and consultants who value engineering excellence and pragmatic innovation. Escape stagnant environments – we reward pace, precision, and accountability. Competitive EU‑based compensation with performance‑linked progression. Remote‑first flexibility, with a supportive and technically mature culture that prizes autonomy and craftsmanship. #J-18808-Ljbffr
