Your Profile Develop and maintain a comprehensive Salesforce architecture roadmap including data models, integrations and customisations Design and implement scalable, robust and secure Salesforce solutions across various clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud etc.) Create detailed technical design documents, architectural diagrams and data flow diagrams Conduct architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices Platform Expertise Leadership Maintain deep expertise in the Salesforce platform and stay up‑to‑date with the latest releases and features Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams guiding them on best practices and design patterns Evaluate and recommend appropriate Salesforce technologies and tools to support business requirements Establish and enforce Salesforce development standards and governance policies Integration & Data Management: Design and implement complex integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems Develop data migration strategies and ensure data quality and integrity Design and optimise data models to meet business requirements and performance goals; ensure proper data governance and security practices Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners and development teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non‑technical audiences Present architectural solutions and recommendations to senior management Facilitate workshops to gather requirements Security & Compliance: Ensure that Salesforce solutions comply with security and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA); design and implement security measures to protect sensitive data; conduct security assessments and identify potential vulnerabilities Requirements Extensive experience with Salesforce platform configuration, customisation and development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce) Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modelling and integration patterns Experience with integration tools and technologies (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, middleware) Knowledge of data security and compliance best practices Excellent communication, collaboration and problem‑solving skills Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Technical Architect, Certified Solution Architect, Certified Platform Developer) are highly desirable Experience in Agile development methodologies About Capgemini Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, helping organisations to accelerate their dual transition to a digital and sustainable world while creating tangible impact for enterprises and society.
