MDT Co-ordinator/Patient Pathway Tracker The Christie NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting an MDT Co-ordinator/Patient Pathway Tracker for the Performance Management Department. The role requires an enthusiastic team member committed to positively impacting cancer patient pathways. Key Responsibilities: Track target patients in a timely manner from referral to first treatment. Attend regular meetings and provide updates on the patient pathway. Maintain an accurate patient tracking list. Liaise with other trusts. Facilitate multi-disciplinary team meetings, ensuring they run effectively and are well structured. Prepare and circulate patient lists for discussion at each MDT meeting using information from secretaries, lead clinicians, and nurse specialists. Keep comprehensive records of attendance and outcomes of MDT meetings and distribute to relevant team members. Ensure timely and accurate input of MDT outcomes onto the local patient administration system, CWP. Qualifications: Experience working within the NHS, preferably in a cancer data environment. Understanding of current cancer pathways and MDT processes (desired). Microsoft Office Suite experience. Good organisational skills. Confident communication with all staff levels. Flexible working to meet service needs.
