Bank Pharmacy Technician Band 4/5 (Royal Free Outpatient only) The pharmacy technician provides pharmaceutical services in the outpatient pharmacy department ensuring efficient and high quality customer experience is maintained. The post holder will be working for Royal Free London Pharmacy, a wholly owned subsidiary of the RFL Group. Person Specification Royal Free World Class Values Essential Demonstrable ability to meet the Trust Values Education Essential NVQ Level 3 Pharmaceutical Sciences or equivalent. Registered with the GPhC Experience Essential Demonstrate ability to dispense accurately. Demonstrate ability to counsel and give advice to patients/carers on medication. Experience/knowledge of the principles of stock control. Experience of working in an NHS hospital environment. Computer literate including Microsoft software products. Desirable Previous experience in an outpatient pharmacy setting Previous assessable experience/understanding of JAC Pharmacy computer system.
