Responsibilities and Duties Handle all administrative tasks related to admissions across Gordon Children’s Academy and All Faiths Children’s Academy. Serve as the first point of contact for admissions enquiries, providing clear information about the admissions process to parents and carers. Prepare and issue correspondence, offer letters, and information packs in line with academy procedures. Oversee the organisation of school trips, managing bookings, coordinating requirements, and handling all trip‑related paperwork and documentation to ensure smooth delivery. Provide general administrative and reception support as required, including occasional support at All Faiths Children’s Academy for the Office Manager. Work term‑time only: 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday‑Thursday, 8.30am to 4.00pm Friday. Qualifications and Requirements This post is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
