The Role This new Change function includes a Senior Change Governance Manager who will partner with the Investment Business to oversee their change agenda. You will establish and run a Change Committee, prioritise and monitor change projects, and ensure each project is approved and structured according to business priorities and requirements. You will develop and maintain a change pipeline, scope, initiate, structure, and approve projects based on business priority, and develop reporting and tracking of progress and risks to maintain a strong portfolio overview. Qualifications Accomplished Change professional experienced in partnering with progressing businesses. Proven ability to develop Change best practice from ideation to benefits realisation, including change pipeline maintenance and reporting. Strong stakeholder management, consensus building, and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities across large volumes of concurrent change. Understanding of effective Change artefacts such as business cases, project initiation documents, RAID, and status reports. Experience setting up and running a Change Governance forum, including reporting, action identification, and tracking. Investment Management experience is appealing, but we welcome applicants from wider regulated Financial Services environments.
