Senior Asset Manager / Client Side Property ManagerLocation: Central London/ Hybrid RemoteContract Type: Permanent, Full-TimeSalary: £50,000 – £70,000 DOERole OverviewAn exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Asset Manager to oversee the performance and strategic management of a large, complex residential property portfolio. This role plays a key part in driving operational excellence, safeguarding asset value, and delivering long-term investment performance. The successful candidate will bring a strong background in property asset management, compliance oversight, and stakeholder engagement at senior levels.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and monitor the performance of appointed managing agents across an extensive residential portfolio.Develop and implement effective risk management frameworks, particularly for high-rise and complex assets.Oversee statutory property notices, including Fire Enforcement and Improvement Notices.Lead the procurement and appointment of managing agents and associated professional services.Chair and facilitate meetings with MPs, regulatory bodies, Resident Associations, and managing agents.Conduct reviews of properties managed by Resident Management Companies and Right to Manage Companies.Prepare and present regular performance and compliance reports to senior stakeholders.Mentor and support junior team members, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing.Candidate ProfileProfessional membership with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) or MTPI.Strong background in residential or mixed-use property management.Proven ability to operate autonomously and manage complex operational challenges.Excellent communication, analytical, and numeracy skills.Confident in liaising with senior stakeholders and external agencies.Benefits & PackageCompetitive base salary of £65,000 – £75,000 DOE.Discretionary performance-based bonus.Company pension scheme.Flexible hybrid working (3 days office-based / 2 days remote).Comprehensive benefits package (subject to qualifying period).Ongoing professional development and career progression opportunities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
