Job Description

I'm currently working with an impressive International Real Estate Investor with an established UK presence, and a growing property portfolio consisting of several £Billion of Commercial and Residential Assets. Having expanded significantly in recent years they are now seeking to bolster the team with the recruitment of a Building Surveyor who will help develop and deliver a wide range of works including ESG/asset improvement projects and maintenance across a portfolio of residential/accommodation assets.

Duties will include feasibility, due diligence and works management, working side by side with the Asset Management and Property Management teams. A true client side role, you'll work closely with outsourced property operators and specialist consultancies to successfully deliver works to an exceptionally high standard.

The ideal candidate will likely come from a Building Surveying background, and might be currently working for a Managing Agent, Building Surveying Practice/Professional Services Consultancy or in a similar Client Side role. You should have extensive experience delivering instructions within residential property, along with experience delivering both maintenance and asset improvement projects.
