About the Role Sous Chef £35,000 + tronc / 45 hours, Permanent position, Malmaison Cheltenham. We offer on‑the‑job training in‑house as well as working with our training provider to offer nationally recognised apprenticeships. Over 50 % of our Head Chefs have been promoted from within. Working as Sous Chef you will support the Head Chef by ensuring the team delivers brand standards in a smooth and consistent manner. Ideally you have worked at this level before and can demonstrate your skills when developing the team beneath you.
