They are seeking a Management Accountant to take ownership of delivering high-quality management information, driving financial insight, and supporting operational decision-making across the organisation. As a Management Accountant, you will: Produce timely and accurate monthly management accounts, including variance analysis, accruals, prepayments, and insightful commentary. Partner with operational teams to provide commercial insight, support cost control, and inform decision-making. Prepare budgets and forecasts, ensuring robust assumptions and clear financial modelling. Maintain strong balance sheet controls, reconciliations, and oversight of financial processes. Support cashflow forecasting, working capital management, and scenario planning. Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve reporting quality, and strengthen financial understanding across the business. As a Management Accountant, you will need: Proven experience within a management accounting or commercial finance role, ideally within an SME environment. Strong Excel and financial modelling skills, with the ability to analyse data and present findings clearly. A solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and financial controls. Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to explain financial information to non‑finance colleagues. High attention to detail and strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting. Part‑qualified, fully qualified, or QBE candidates will all be considered.
