Waddington Brown is delighted to be working with a respected and established organisation based in Ipswich who prides themselves on their employee culture. They are seeking to recruit an experienced HR Advisor/Generalist for a interim 6 month contract. Reporting to a manager and working in a small team, this role will provide employee relations support whilst assisting with various HR projects including OD and change.

Experience of working in an HR generalist environment and providing advice & support to managers and staff is essential as is the ability to support across ER (including performance & absence management), OD and projects. You will have a good understanding and working knowledge of UK employment law, policies & procedures and be an effective communicator, able to prioritise, be self-motivated and reliable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
