As a Care And Support Worker you will support and assist people in their own homes to live independently, empower them to make their own decisions, provide personal care and emotional support, help with daily living tasks, assist with health care appointments, foster positive relationships, use mobile technology to record care, uphold values and safe working practices, and travel within the area as required.
