Join our dedicated team of professionals at Vets Now Dundee.Key ResponsibilitiesBe the face of Emergency and Critical Care services:Receptionists are the first point of contact during emergencies, handling calls, greeting clients, and managing financial transactions.Provide updates:Relay information to the veterinary team about patients enroute to the clinic or clients in need of assistance.Handle administration duties:Perform administrative tasks accurately.First point of contact:Serve as an initial point of contact for clients during emergency situations, whether through calls or in person visits.
