Control and Instrumentation Systems Engineer Job Title: Senior Control and Instrumentation Systems Engineer Location: Stockport (Hybrid) Who are we recruiting for? Deliver creative and assured engineering solutions for machinery control and emissions monitoring systems. Analyse real‑time condition and performance data to enhance operational efficiency. Provide brave and determined technical support for on‑site installations, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with motivated experts to design, test, and refine monitoring systems. Contribute to projects that enable a safer, more sustainable energy transition. Are you the ideal candidate? Degree qualified (or equivalent experience) in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Strong understanding of industrial control systems (Modbus, OSI, SQL, IPI). Skilled in coding or visualisation tools such as Power BI, Python, or Ignition SCADA. Proven experience in Oil & Gas, Power Generation, or similar sectors.
