With ongoing investment and strategic change underway, this is a brilliant time to join a high-growth company with real opportunities for career progression.Key Responsibilities:Take ownership of the credit control process, proactively managing overdue accounts and driving timely payments.Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with both B2B and B2C clients, resolving queries and securing payment in a positive, compliant manner.Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve processes and streamline workload across the credit control function.Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions, ensuring systems are updated and reports are accurate.Support the development of credit control reporting and contribute ideas for continuous improvement and automation.What We’re Looking For:4+ years’ experience in credit control or debt collection, with a proven track record in both B2B and B2C environments.Experience managing a team is vitalA confident communicator with strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport at all levels.Comfortable working in a dynamic, change-driven environment where adaptability is key.Skilled in using Excel and reporting tools to track KPIs, aged debt, and drive smarter collections strategies.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to bring fresh ideas, take on new challenges, and grow your career alongside a business that’s scaling up fast.
