Activities include but are not limited to, server work, networking, project planning, project management, Office 365 and telephony deployments, collaborating with internal teams whilst understanding customer needs and ensuring successful delivery of projects.Role ResponsibilitiesReviewing project plans for the department/working with the SolutionsAttending customer and internal meetingsReview new technologies that can be used and then a product createdContributing to and updating the documentation library, training materials and KBAsHighlighting and identifying customer improvements to the Account Managers and other departmentsSkills, Knowledge & ExperienceProven experience working within an internal or outsourced IT departmentKnowledge of current Microsoft Server Operating SystemsKnowledge of Microsoft 365 productsKnowledge of firewalls and IPsec tunnelsKnowledge of IP-based networks and VLANsThe Interview ProcessScreening call: Phone call with our recruitment team to assess your suitability for the role, but also if the role is right for you.First interview: Video call over MS Teams with Professional Services Manager & Head of TechnologyFinal interview: Site based with Professional Services Manager & Head of TechnologyAbout AcoraAcora are a progressive full-stack full-service business technology services partner, built for the AI era.
