You will be empowered to make an impact every day by driving revenue growth through upsells of our products and solutions and by maintaining existing accounts. In this role you will work in a highly collaborative environment and be responsible for representing Banking Circle to clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, objectives, and growth strategies. Serve as a trusted advisor, providing tailored solutions to support clients in payments, FX, and Deposit Solutions. Identify new opportunities to drive additional revenue streams from existing clients. Act as a subject matter expert, guiding clients toward solutions that meet evolving needs. Understand and collate client business requirements and champion them internally across multiple stakeholders. Demonstrate a relentless focus on achieving results, meeting targets, and exceeding expectations. Proactively seek opportunities to maximize value for clients and drive business growth. Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience within payments, banking, acquiring, or the merchant division of a major financial services company. Proven track record of managing and growing high-value brands or accounts with a focus on revenue generation and upsell opportunities. Ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities to drive additional revenue streams from existing clients. Relentless, results-oriented self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, resourceful, and willing to go the extra mile to achieve targets. English as the company language; additional languages are beneficial.
