However, we do expect you to spend most of your time in the office to build community and efficiency in the team.Exciting work is waiting for youBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, objectives, and growth strategies.Serve as a trusted advisor, providing tailored solutions to support their success in payments, FX, and Deposit Solutions.Identify new opportunities to drive additional revenue streams from existing clients, leveraging your expertise and insights into financial services.Act as a subject matter expert, guiding clients towards solutions that meet their evolving needs.Understand and collate client’s business requirements and champion this internally across multiple stakeholdersDemonstrate a relentless focus on achieving results, meeting targets, and exceeding expectations.Proactively seek out opportunities to maximize value for clients and drive business growth.Things we’ll look for on your resumeTo be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to have a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience within payments, banking, acquiring, or the merchant division of a major financial services company.You have a proven track record of managing and growing high-value brands or accounts with a focus on revenue generation and upsell opportunities. You should be adept at identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to drive additional revenue streams from existing clients.As a person you are a relentless and results-oriented self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You are proactive, resourceful, and willing to go the extra mile to achieve targets and deliver exceptional results.Banking Circle is an international company.
