If you're someone who can see the forest and the trees, and help others do the same, this could be your perfect fit.**About the Role:**We're particularly seeking 2 experienced Corporate Real Estate consultants with specialized expertise in CRE and FM organizational design, operating model reviews, and transformation consulting. This versatile role involves working on large, impactful projects to help clients align and optimize their CRE & FM internal operating models, processes and real estate portfolios with their strategic business objectives.**Here's what you'll be doing:**You'll partner with other consultants and the whole JLL business to help clients figure out their next big moves. Think of yourself as a translator - taking their ambitious goals and turning them into human-centric strategies that actually work in an evolving workplace.Your typical day might include: • Managing and delivering 1-3 consulting projects simultaneously across UK, European, and global markets • Digging into data and research from all corners to solve puzzles that have been stumping smart people • Using your experience and instincts to spot patterns and connections others miss across the Corporate Real Estate lifecycle • Pitching ideas that push organizations forward and create genuinely new CRE solutions • Building project teams where different perspectives aren't just welcomed - they're essential • Working directly with senior client executives to develop transformation strategies and deliver actionable recommendations • Developing relationships built on truly listening to our clients' needs • Really getting underneath the skin of CRE organizations and challenging thinking to shape a brighter way of working**We'd love to hear from you if you have experience in:**Portfolio Strategy | Target Operating Models | Business & Location Advisory | FM Strategy | Change & Transformation | Workplace & People Strategy | Sustainability | AI Adoption | Organizational Design | Corporate Real Estate Functions(Don't worry if you don't check every box - we're more interested in how you think than what's on your CV)**What you'll bring:** • 5-7 years of experience in Corporate Real Estate, Management Consulting, or Organizational Design • Strong understanding of corporate real estate functions and industry trends • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with excellent analytical capabilities • Outstanding communication and presentation skills for client-facing roles • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management abilities • Experience managing resources, budgets and delivering projects to key milestones • Qualification in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and commitment to continuous learning**Why we love working here:**Every client is different.
