The Role: As an Associate Director, you will take full ownership of projects from inception to delivery, working closely with private clients, developers, and leading design teams. Leading high‑end residential projects in London and across the UK Travelling internationally several times a year to oversee milestone stages (destinations include the Caribbean and other prime global locations) Acting as the primary client interface, building long‑term relationships and ensuring exceptional service Managing consultants, contractors, programmes, budgets, and quality from start to finish Supporting business growth and mentoring junior team members About You: Proven experience delivering prime or super‑prime residential projects (essential). A strong understanding of luxury design, build quality, and high‑net‑worth client expectations. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with confidence in a client‑facing role. The ability to manage complex, bespoke projects with meticulous attention to detail. A proactive, polished, project‑focused approach. Why Join?
