Leveraging tools like Salesforce, Seismic, and Clari, you’ll design structured, metric-driven enablement initiatives tailored to vertical market needs. From playbook creation to process design and sales methodology adoption, you’ll ensure our teams are fully equipped to position MHR’s SaaS solutions effectively and consistently.Your TeamYou’ll work in close partnership with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations, ensuring all enablement activities align with our go-to-market strategy and product updates. Acting as the bridge between teams, you’ll manage and deliver centralised enablement assets, battle cards, case studies, competitive intelligence, training content and lead structured onboarding and launch programs that ensure every sales hire and team member is set up for success.Your ImpactYour expertise will directly improve sales ramp-up, productivity, and win rates across the business. By embedding consistent processes, sharpening messaging and objection handling, and ensuring our teams are launch-ready for new products and features, you’ll drive measurable improvements in sales effectiveness and GTM execution.
