We’re looking for an Inside Sales Executive to join our growing commercial team at our new offices based in York. What You’ll Be Doing Proactively generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls, digital outreach, and follow-up on marketing campaigns Support the lead generation strategy by using modern tools and market insights to drive pipeline growth Maintain accurate records and forecasts in our CRM (Salesforce) and report key metrics to leadership Build strong relationships with key decision‑makers and act as a trusted adviser throughout the sales process Represent the company at relevant exhibitions, webinars and virtual events, with full pre‑ and post‑event engagement Collaborate with sales, marketing and production teams to align messaging and maximise conversion opportunities Share customer and market feedback to influence commercial strategy and continuous improvement What We’re Looking For BSc or MSc in Biology, Molecular Biology or a related life science discipline 1–5 years’ experience in a sales support, inside sales or lead generation role Strong communication skills and a confident, professional phone manner Experience using CRM systems (Sales Force preferred) and MS Office tools Comfortable using LinkedIn and digital platforms to research and engage prospects{{l}} Based in the UK and able to work from our York office What we offer A supportive, high‑performing team with genuine opportunities to grow your commercial career A values‑led, collaborative culture where your ideas and contributions make a real impact A modern, welcoming office environment in York 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, with the option to purchase up to 5 extra days Private medical healthcare and access to the Bike2Work scheme Monthly breakfast treats and regular company‑wide social events A chance to play a key role in a fast‑growing life sciences company making a real‑world difference Start your next project with Aptamer Group #J-18808-Ljbffr
