Apprentice/Associate Client Advisor We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Corporate Team as an Associate Client Advisor. This is the perfect role for someone with a strong educational background and ambitions to join an established, market‑leading insurance broker. Within this role you will support a team of experts on selecting and acquiring optimum insurance programmes, working with experienced Client Advisors and Executives to understand our clients’ businesses, challenges, risks and value. As you progress through the training programme, you will learn how to advise on clients’ risk‑management and work with broking teams to manage and optimise our value proposition. This position is located in our Reading or Southampton offices, with the successful individual able to split their working week between the physical office and remote working. To build and maintain an excellent rapport with our clients, providers and colleagues across Marsh. Excellent training and development with ongoing career opportunities. We will count on you to: Complete Insurance Practitioner qualifications, achieving accreditation from the Chartered Insurance Institute. Support Marsh Client Executives regarding placement strategy for insurance renewals and administer mid‑term changes to risk. Request and review underwriting information on behalf of corporate clients and understand their requirements. Prepare and submit accurate market presentations and slips in consultation with the Client Executives and the Placement Team. Utilise Marsh online trading systems to collate and negotiate renewal terms with existing and prospective insurers. Collaborate with Client Executives and Placement Teams to prepare client renewal reports. Produce and/or request insurer documentation. Review and comment on indemnity and insurance clauses. What you need to have: A‑Level qualifications (or equivalent) or have completed higher education. Right to work in the UK or Republic of Ireland (no visa sponsorship provided).
