Role Responsibilities Programming, Setting, and Operating: Take charge of programming, setting, and operating CNC Lathes Component Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of components, manage the storage of programs, and maintain setting instructions. Drawing Interpretation: Read and interpret drawings, understanding tolerances, surface finishes, and geometric tolerances. Tool Management: Ensure the correct tools are used and sourced, maintaining high standards of quality. Quality Assurance: Monitor CNC machinery during operation to ensure consistent quality. Skills and Experience Mazak / Matrix Control: Proficiency with Mazak or Matrix control (with Y axis) is highly desirable. XYZ Protrak Experience: Familiarity with XYZ Protrak will be advantageous. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards are essential. Technical Proficiency: Strong technical skills and the ability to read and understand complex drawings.
