Account Executive - Fleet Insurance Salary: Up to £40,000 + car / car allowance + competitive bonus Location: Crewe (On-site) Join a Growing Commercial Insurance Leader - and Accelerate Your Career We are excited to be partnering with a fast-expanding commercial insurance brokerage in the Cheshire area, known for specialising in a full spectrum of commercial insurance solutions, including a major motor fleet portfolio. Their experienced team is passionate about delivering a consultative, relationship-driven service, getting to know every client's business inside and out and providing solutions that genuinely make a difference. Partnering with a wide panel of Insurers, they support a wide range of clients from SMEs right through to large enterprises. As part of their ambitious growth plans, they are searching for dynamic, energetic, and success-driven Motor Fleet Account Executives who understand fleet / wheels-based insurance and thrive in a fast-moving, opportunity-rich environment. The Opportunity You'll step into a warm, well-established book of fleet clients, but this isn't just a maintenance role. It's your platform to grow, develop, and truly make an impact. You'll drive renewals, build strong relationships, and use effective lead‑generation tools to drive new business and expand your portfolio, increasing income and your earnings. About You Commercial Insurance Experience as an Account Executive, Broker or Sales professional in Commercial Insurance is essential, with fleet / wheels-based experience highly desirable. Client‑focused: You listen, understand your clients' business and needs, and deliver outstanding tailored insurance solutions. Tech‑savvy: Experience with Acturis is highly desirable. Driven and motivated: You will be able to demonstrate a track record of exceeding expectations. A strong team player: You'll be collaborative, positive, and ready to contribute to the wider business.
