About Our Practice New Bank Dental Practice is part of a well‑established network of over 100 dental surgeries across 35 practices in the North West. We pride ourselves on providing high‑quality patient care in a relaxed, supportive setting. You’ll be joining a dedicated team that values teamwork, excellent communication, and a positive attitude. The Role Working full‑time, you’ll be the friendly face patients see when they arrive and the reassuring voice they hear on the phone. Managing patient bookings, records, and payments Providing a warm welcome and ensuring patients feel comfortable and informed Supporting clinicians and the wider dental team with administrative tasks Maintaining a tidy, organised reception area and ensuring smooth daily operations What We’re Looking For Dental experience preferred: experience as a Dental Receptionist or Dental Nurse is advantageous.
