As a Partner Solutions Architect, you will engage and develop deep technical executive relationships with Databricks' Consulting and System Integrator (C&SI) partners, teammates, as well as the technical field and sales team members who work directly with our customers. You will further develop the 'technical champions' within our top C&SI Partners to CoE, providing strategic vision on technical matters related to the Databricks vision aligned to the GSI execution. Working with our partners, you will help our customers to achieve tangible data-driven outcomes through the application of the Data Intelligence Platform, helping data teams complete projects and integrate our platform into their enterprise Ecosystem. As a member of our team, you will exercise and develop expertise within Data Engineering, AI and Data Science, Data Warehouses, Data Governance and Platform & Security within the major public cloud infrastructure and service providers. You will use this expertise to become a trusted advisor to C&SI partners. You will report to the Partner Director of Field Engineering for EMEA. The impact you will have: Provide our technical executives in our top GSIs with the thought leadership for the Data and AI domain to grow our partners’ independence in positioning and delivering solutions on the Databricks platform Engage with our partners’ technical teams to ensure a deep understanding and skills with the Databricks Platform for both pre-sales and delivery of projects Engage the account teams in top Accounts to proactively drive and unblock partner delivery in the account You will be an expert on aspects of architecture and design and will share this with our partner network to drive the delivery of the platform Show expertise by producing creative technical solutions and external communication, such as blog posts Work with the wider partner ecosystem to build up a library of Agentic AI solutions to accelerate and derisk large transformation projects and migrations Experience we look for: Understanding of and experience with pre-sales in a consumption-driven business Experienced Technical Executive with current hands‑on experience in Data Engineering and Data Science Ability to align multiple technical product and program roadmaps to a Partner business Pre-sales or post‑sales experience working with external clients or partners across a variety of industry markets Understanding of customer‑facing pre‑sales or consulting role with a core strength in either data engineering or data science Experience demonstrating technical concepts, including presenting and whiteboarding Experience developing architectures within a public cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP) About Databricks If access to export-controlled technology or source code is required for performance of job duties, it is within Employer's discretion whether to apply for a U.S. government license for such positions, and Employer may decline to proceed with an applicant on this basis alone. #J-18808-Ljbffr
