About the day to day… Be the first point of contact for all IT support queries—delivering 1st & 2nd line support across Microsoft 365, Office apps, and internal systems. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, mobile, and audio & visual issues with confidence and clarity. Build and configure devices for new joiners, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Maintain and support end-user tech—from laptops to printers to meeting room setups. Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests with precision and care. Spot patterns, dig deep into recurring issues, and implement long‑term fixes. Create and maintain clear, user‑friendly documentation to support the wider team. Own your work. Drive continuous improvement. Keep the business moving. About you... What You Bring to the Table Proven experience in a fast‑paced IT Service Desk environment. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, and Windows 10/11. A natural communicator—clear, confident, and calm under pressure. A problem‑solver who thrives on challenges and takes pride in delivering results. Experience with IT infrastructure services and user lifecycle management.
