Chef de Partie Benefits:

Chef de Partie Requirements:

  • An experienced and enthusiastic Chef de Partie, capable of running a kitchen section under the support of an influential Head Chef.
  • A Chef de Partie who has gained experience having trained in luxury hotels, members clubs, or fine dining restaurants.
  • A Chef de Partie with a stable employment background with preference to premium casual operations.
