Will consider part time hoursI'm currently supporting a charity based in Berkshire providing education and residential care for autistic young people with complex needs who are looking for a Experienced Senior Speech and Language Therapist to join the team.

You will:
To line manage the team of Speech and Language Therapists
Contribute and/or lead in the planning and delivering of training to develop the knowledge and skills of others in the areas of autism and communication.
Manage a caseload of autistic young people with complex needs
Deliver assessments, therapy input, and regular reviews
Implement the Communication Skills Programme to build functional communication
Use clinical reasoning to identify individual communication strengths and needs
Provide evidence-based interventions in expression, understanding, social communication, and AAC
Contribute to EHCP reviews through reports and progress updatesWhat you get:
