You’ll oversee admin processes, keep compliance records accurate and support effective follow-up on remedial work. Your coordination helps us stay safe, efficient and tenant focused.What skills and experience do you needTo thrive in this role you’ll need a solid background in administration ideally within a customer‑focused or property‑related environment. You’re someone who knows how to keep things organised, follow procedures and stay on top of detail.You’ll be confident using IT especially Microsoft Office and able to pick up new systems with ease. Communication is key in this role so you’ll need to be clear, professional and approachable when working with a range of teams, contractors and other stakeholders.You’ll be comfortable juggling a range of admin tasks from scheduling appointments and raising orders to updating systems and supporting meetings.A good understanding of Health and Safety regulations is essential along with some knowledge of how buildings are managed and maintained. Familiarity with fire safety requirements and technical building terminology is a real plus.You’ll also need to be comfortable working with data, keeping accurate records and supporting compliance across our assets.A full driving licence is essential for this role.And if you hold a Level 3 Award in Fire Safety Management that’s even better, but if not we can support the right person to achieve it.What are the pay and benefitsThe salary for this role is £29,117 for a 37‑hour full‑time permanent position.Flexible working policies – we are hybrid working.
