About the role As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with our learners to provide academic support, facilitate learning activities, and promote a positive and inclusive learning environment. Jobs Growth Wales Plus (JGW) is a Welsh Government initiative that provides work experience and training opportunities to young people and unemployed individuals, enhancing their employability and supporting job creation in various sectors. Your impact support students as needed to help them complete assignments given by their tutors. Aid in the implementation of different learning programs, ensuring that students remain engaged throughout. Facilitate effective learning for students, both in group settings and on an individual basis. What are we looking for? Essential Experience working with young people and/or being passionate about making a difference. Engaging and inspirational training and delivery style. Willingness to undergo a DBS check (cost covered by the company) and EWC registration. What’s in it for you?
