Complex Care Nurse Manager
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum + Benefits
Location: North London | Hybrid Working

Are you an experienced critical care nurse looking to take the next step into a leadership role? We are seeking a dedicated Complex Care Nurse Manager to support adults living with long-term, life-limiting and highly complex health conditions in the community and on offer is a salary of £45,000 with excellent benefits.

This role is ideal for Band 6 ICU, Critical Care, or HDU Nurses, or experienced Band 5 nurses ready to progress into a clinically focused management position.
 
About the Role
As a Complex Care Nurse Manager, you will deliver hands-on clinical leadership, provide face-to-face support to clients and families, and oversee the quality of care delivered by your care teams. You will design personalised care plans, ensure safe clinical practice, and work collaboratively with CHC teams, commissioners and wider MDT professionals to deliver exceptional community care.
 
What We’re Looking For
Registered Adult Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN
Background in ICU, Critical Care, HDU or adult complex care
Recent experience with ventilation and tracheostomy care
Strong coaching and leadership skills
Excellent communication and clinical documentation abilities
Suitable for Band 6 or experienced Band 5 nurses with supervisory experience
Full UK driving license 
Key Responsibilities for Complex Care Nurse Manager
Develop, deliver and review bespoke, person-centered care plans
Provide clinical supervision and competency training to care teams
Monitor and review clients’ ongoing physical and emotional needs
Deliver safe and effective clinical interventions, including medication management
Build strong relationships with clients and families
Coordinate care packages in partnership with CHC teams, commissioners and MDT colleagues 
Benefits Package

Hybrid working: community-based, home-based and office-based
Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
