Facilities and Post Room Coordinator Application Deadline: 3 December 2025 Department: Delivery and Performance Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: London Compensation: £28,700 Description Do you want to help keep a busy dog-loving workplace running smoothly? We’re looking for a Facilities and Post Room Coordinator to support the day-to-day operation of Dogs Trust’s London office. You’ll manage incoming and outgoing mail, maintain supplies and equipment, and assist with facilities tasks to ensure a safe, welcoming, and well-functioning environment for staff and visitors. About the role: As a Facilities and Post Room Coordinator you will: Coordinate facilities contracts, office supplies, and related purchase orders and invoices. Provide support to colleagues and visitors, including meeting room setup, AV assistance, and reception cover. Manage incoming and outgoing post and couriers, ensuring timely distribution and deliveries. Maintain communal areas, monitor stock, report building issues, and carry out First Aid and Fire Marshal duties. About You: You’ll have experience in a busy administrative environment, delivering excellent customer service with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organised and proactive, you’ll be confident managing multiple tasks, willing to undertake First Aid and Fire Marshal training. About the Team: The Delivery and Performance directorate is responsible for ensuring the organisation works towards greater levels of performance, efficiency and effectiveness through business planning, supporting change and using insights to inform decision making. It is also responsible for ensuring Dogs Trust is more sustainable across purchasing and fleet, as well as ensuring our offices and sites are utilised to their maximum potential and working within health and safety requirements. #J-18808-Ljbffr
