Overview Machine Operator – Night Shift - Norwich Night Shift (7pm to 7am, 3 on, 3 off) • Salary £30,533.32 Our site in Norwich is all about producing high-quality confectionery products. As a Machine Operative, your main job is to keep our production equipment running efficiently. You’ll be setting up machines, monitoring their performance, and making adjustments to ensure everything runs like clockwork. There’s a lot of hands-on work – from troubleshooting issues to ensuring we meet our production and quality targets. It’s a fast-paced environment, and you’ll be part of a team that takes pride in what we do. Whether you’re completing routine checks or stepping in to fix an issue, you’ll play a key role in keeping things moving. Why work with us? Reliability: This is a team environment, and we all count on each other to keep things running. Adaptability: Things can change quickly on the line, so staying calm and solving problems is key.
