Machine Minder - Nights (7pm to 7am 3 on 3 off)Salary: 30533.00 per annumWe are seeking a diligent and skilled Machine Minder to join our dynamic production team. As a Machine Minder you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our production lines. This position involves maintaining monitoring and troubleshooting machinery to ensure optimal performance and product quality.Duties involved:Responsible for delivery of PCS 2.0 and SIC from lineDemonstrate an ability to identify problems  solve and action on an hourly basisAccountable for delivery of  the Process KPIs from the packing  including Health & Safety Food Safety Quality Cost & waste on a shifty basisResponsible for line/shift specific consumer complaintsConduct audits to identify areas of improvement to monitor employee performance and area housekeepingRecognise unsafe conditions/behaviours and action accordinglyUnderstand process parameters and how they impact KPI performanceDrive and improve housekeeping standards and adherence to GMP within responsible areaUnderstand fault report system and proper use of systemAbility to identify tags and update the tag registers for responsible areaGive appropriate feedback to staff operating in the processing areaComplies with all companies procedures.Assist with the training of other colleaguesQualifications : Experience within a manufacturing role Strong People and Leadership Skills.Working knowledge root cause analysis.Sound verbal and numerical reasoning.Capable of prioritisation.Knowledge how to use CI tools and systems.Additional Information : What we offer you in returnNight shift salary: 30533.00 based on 38.08 hr week 165 shifts per yearMatched pension scheme up to 10%Death in serviceCycle to work schemeRetailer discount platformStaff discount And plenty more Remote Work : NoEmployment Type : Full-time Key Skills Industrial Maintenance,Machining,Mechanical Knowledge,CNC,Precision Measuring Instruments,Schematics,Maintenance,Hydraulics,Plastics Injection Molding,Programmable Logic Controllers,Manufacturing,Troubleshooting Experience: years Vacancy: 1
