I am a Lady in the Llanelli area looking for a Relief personal assistant to cover holidays and sickness as and when needed. To be able to support me with lifestyle socialising within the community and helping me to gain independence and encouragement doing outdoor activities such as Shopping, occasional appointments, Poetry club, Gym, outdoor walks. I am a wheelchair user and have had a stroke i’m able to walk short distances but will need assistance with wheelchair.I am looking for someone who has a good sense of humour, companionship and who can assist me and support me going out maintaining my independence.The hours are to be worked flexibly as required and agreed in advance when needed to cover holidays and sickness.A car driver for this role would be essential.If you are a compassionate Personal Assistant and have the following skills and qualities:• Reliable, committed and punctual• Understanding of confidentiality and privacy• Trustworthy and efficient• Friendly and sociableI look forward to hearing from youThis post is funded through the Direct Payments scheme and is intended to enable the individual to manage their support independently.
